We do not require deposits. Payment is due only after the completion of the agreed design work or at specific milestones (if applicable).
Invoices will be issued after work is completed and approved by the client.
Payment must be made within 7- 15 days of invoice date.
Once work has been delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All design work and content created by Visual Troope Web Design Services remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from your use of this Website or our services. We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or continuously available.
